Israel holidays – Adventure and Culture
History – Few cities in the world can show such a history. Jerusalem has been the center of the world for millennia and to rule over Jerusalem, long the same thing as to reign over the world. A walk through Jerusalem is a transformative experience for all, the Wailing Wall, Via Dolorosa, Dome of the Rock and Calvary mixed with oriental street life with all its sounds and smells.
Religion – Jerusalem is a holy place for three of the great religions, Judaism, Islam and Christianity. They all live together in this cultural melting pot, and they all have their part of town that they sanctify. To wander among Jews Lack of prayer at the Wailing Wall, Christian pilgrims on the Via Dolorosa and the Muslims on their way to the Dome of the Rock with b?nemattan forearm gives more insight than all the news together.
Daily life – Jerusalem is not only a religious and historical world metropolis, it is also home to 700 000 people. In the Arab Quarter smells of oriental and water pipes and the dealers will do anything to drown each other in the narrow alleys. In the Jewish elements living Orthodox Jews with a traditional lifestyle with modern Israelis who have been busy trying to live their lives. Jerusalem is based on contrasts, and it is the contrasts that remain attached to the retina long after they left the city.
In a dramatic and at the same time peaceful desert landscape is the Earth’s lowest spot – Dead Sea – about 400 meters below sea level. The ocean has a salinity of 30% and provides a variety of beneficial minerals.
The sea of life – early on Cleopatra’s time was used Dead Sea mud that miracle raising beauty product. Today visitors flock here from all over the world to enjoy the mineral-rich spa, virtually poolenfri air and the sun’s dangerous UV rays are filtered out of minerals and Dead Sea unique low geographic location. The high content of bromide in the air makes your body calm and appear to healing for those who are stressed. Many therefore prefer to call the Dead Sea Life Sea ? ?
